Suzie Stephens
Suzie has been working in Prospect Development for over a decade and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the profession, working in both non-profit and consultancy environments. She has worked with a range of organisations including national charities, specialist non-profits, educational institutions and start-up organisations, supporting a plethora of causes. As well as running The Prospect Development Company since 2016, Suzie was Prospect Development Manager at Save the Children UK (2010-2020), leading its Prospect Development Team with responsibility for all aspects of prospect research, pipeline management and due diligence. Previously, Suzie was Deputy Head of Research at boutique consultancy Fundraising Research & Consultancy (FR&C) (2007-2010). Suzie was a Committee Member for the Researchers in Fundraising (RiF) Special Interest Group (2016-2020) and has spoken at national and international conferences including RIF and Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA), on the topics of prospect research, pipeline management and donation acceptance. She led a team to win the RIF Award for Prospect Analytics in 2014.
