Prospect Research UK

Prospect Research UK is open to researchers in development and fundraising roles in the UK, or anyone researching UK prospects. Whether you are from a charitable institution, educational establishment or voluntary organisation, all are welcome. 

Topics range from individual, corporate and trust research, to prospect management, analytics, best practice, events and recruitment. 

The group was set up in Feb 2002 by Peter Wallace, The University of Hull, who believed that Researchers in the British Isles should have an independent forum where ideas and information can be exchanged for everybody's benefit. Sharon Pyner, LSE, also helped moderate the group from its early days.

Today the community has grown to around 1,000 researchers.  

In Oct 2022, the group was handed to PyroTalks CIC to manage and continue the good work of Peter & Sharon.
